All appointments booked will require a deposit

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the service will be charged.

All gift cards are valid for 12 months. All gift cards are available to use on products and services only.

A skin test is required 48 hours prior to all colour services if its the first time having your colour done at the salon.

If you are a new colour client, it is recommended for you to book in for a free consultation so we can understand your needs, a skin test will also be done at the same time.

Colour service pricing may vary. This will depend on amount of colour used, length of hair & time. 

Clients are responsible for reading and agreeing to terms and policies.
